Welcome Session
The first session consists of reviewing intake questionnaires, patient rights,
and - most importantly - getting to know you!
Ongoing Growth
Online or in-person therapy or coaching sessions can occur monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly, and are approximately an hour long.
We work together through collaboration, curiosity, compassion, strength building, and exploration to gain skills and insight for a fulfilled life.
